ASUS P8Z77-M Receives World’s First WHQL Windows 8 Certification

Those eagerly waiting for Windows 8 will definitely need a motherboard that officially supports that platform.
The ASUS P8Z77-M became the first motherboard to receive Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL) certification. This certification signifies the official approval of the product for Windows 8 64-bit usage.  Announcements regarding other ASUS motherboards are expected to follow in the coming weeks.
